Sympathy

The death occurred on Thursday 5th August of Mary Ann Sweeney (nee McGuire), Cappagh, Ballycastle. Predeceased by her son Peter.

Sympathy is extended to her husband Michéal, sons Brendan and Oliver, grandchildren Chloe, Emma, Ciara and Saoirse, daughter-in-law Nicola, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Ballinglen Exhibitions

Major exhibition: Stoney Road Press: Twenty Years – A Survey, is now on in the Ballinglen Museum of Art, Ballycastle, Co. Mayo

The exhibition will run until 31st October.

2nd Exhibition

The Ballinglen Gallery: "not yet saved" is an exhibition of new paintings by Mayo artist Jo Killalea.

The exhibition will run until 31st August

 

Opening hours are 12 – 5 pm   .
Admission is free/donations gladly accepted.

Ballycastle Gym

Ballycastle Community Hall gym is now open by appointment only.

Morning sessions from 9am -1pm and evenings from 5pm -9pm.

Céide Fields

The Céide Fields outdoor site is open to the public, every day free of charge from 10a.m. to 5pm.

The construction work on the exciting all new exhibitions in the Visitor Centre has restarted so the café and toilets will not be available.
