Culture Night

In celebration of Culture Night (Friday September 20th), The Ballinglen Arts Foundation has an action packed evening planned. Firstly, we are delighted to be part of the Mayo Collaborative presenting an exhibition by Niamh O'Malley. The exhibition includes drawings using Graphite, Coloured Glass, Mirror and Copper in the Ballinglen Gallery. This is an exhibition not to be missed! Take in all five venues for a full range of Niamh's work.

An exciting Monochrome Drawing class by artist, Keith Wilson RUA, takes place in the print workshop. Keith will discuss examples of his own work as well as a drawing demonstration using different techniques. Booking essential.

Irish/English photographer, Tom Wood, opens his studio with unseen photographs of The Irish Landscape. Tom has numerous books of his work published and they will also be available for viewing on the night.

Work from the renowned Ballinglen Archive will also be exhibited throughout the centre.

All events are fee of charge so join us for a glass of wine and a night of culture.
