Yoga

Yoga classes (10week classes) commencing in the Resource Centre, Ballycastle on Wednesday 26th September.   Morning Class of Gentle Yoga for the less supple bodies from 10.30a.m. – 12.00midday.   Evening Class for ongoing and beginners from 8.00p.m. – 9.30p.m.

Wear loose comfortable clothing.   Bring Yoga mat and rug or small blanket for relaxation.

Fee:   120euro for 10 weeks payable at beginning of course.  

Tutor:   Ishtar, Colour therapist, teacher of Yoga and Dancing the Rainbow.

Art Exhibition

An Exhibition of Paintings and Drawings by Pete Harrison, will be officially opened by Sinead Quinn, Pharmacist on Friday 21st September in the Resource Centre Gallery, Ballycastle.    Open Invitation.    All welcome.   The Exhibition will run until 5th October '07.
