Best
Wishes to Phil Healy who has decided to sell her business
– Healy's Bar on Main Street. Healy's has been a feature
of social life in Ballycastle for over 30 years. Phil's
personality and great sense of humour are part of the unique
atmosphere of Healy's Bar. Her late husband Vinnie,
was also known for his great sense of fun and hilarious tales.
We
wish Phil and Mary all the best in their future endeavours.
In the meantime, we will enjoy their hospitality as
usual.
Death
The
death occurred this week of Lily Flynn, Doonadoba.
Sympathy is extended to her husband Jimmy, daughter Margaret,
son John and Mickey ( deceased ), relatives and friends.
May she rest in peace.

The
Fashion Show in aid of Ballycastle Community Playschool (
Kiddies Korner ) on Friday night last, in Ballycastle
Parish Hall was a fantastic success. It was great to
see the newly refurbished Hall packed to capacity once again.
Well done to Eilis McCann and the organising committee
and to all the models, both adults and children, who took
part.
