Deaths

Sympathy is extended to the family, relatives and friends of Josie Gribbin who died recently in England (Sister of Des Gribbin, Ballymachugh).

Boxercise Class

Baile an Chaisil CC

Weekend away:

Ballycastle Cycling Club weekend away is planned for September 9th in Ballycastle, Co. Antrim to take part in the Giants Causeway coast sportive 57km, 126km and 182km. Any non club member who would like to come along will be made more than welcome. Contact Máirtin Flannery by 17th March for more details.

 

Turbo Training:

Club turbo training has been moved to Monday nights at 8.00pm in St. John's Hall. All welcome.

Instructor Cycling Course

A Sprocket Rocket instructor cycling course will be held on the 1st April in Ballycastle. The course runs from 10am to 4.30pm.

The Sprocket Rocket Instructor's Course is a one day course which is a mix of classroom work and practical outdoor experience. The cost is €30 and after the course you are fully qualified to deliver the Sprocket Rocket programme. Sprocket Rocket is Cycling Ireland's fun skills programme where children aged 5 to 12 are taught four fundamental cycling skills by a qualified Sprocket Rocket instructor.

The Giro de Baile will take place this year on Sunday 6 th August ( Bank Holiday Weekend) at 9.00.am. from Main Street , Ballycastle.

Now in its fourth year, this year's event is hosted by Baile an Chaisil Cycling Club.

There is a choice of 3 routes - 146km, 104km or 60km.
