Defibrillator Group

Refresher training organised for Thursday 16th September in the Community Hall from 6.00p.m. – 9.00p.m. All members are encouraged to attend to refresh knowledge and skills. Thank you.

 

Yoga

An 11 weeks course begins on Wednesday 22nd September in the Resource Centre, Ballycastle. Evening Class 8.00p.m. – 9.30p.m. (Ongoing, beginners welcome).

Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring Yoga mat and small blanket for the relaxation.

Tutor: Ishtar, Colour Therapist, Teacher of Yoga and Dancing the Rainbow.

Fee: €110 payable at start of course.
