Molly
Madden R.I.P.
The
death occurred on Saturday 16th January of Molly Madden (nee
Keane) Seaview, Ballycastle and late of Glenurla, Ballycastle.
Aged 109, Molly was Ireland 's oldest citizen and the oldest
Irish citizen in the world. She was born in Caherlistrane,
Co. Galway in 1906 before moving to Kilfian with her family
when she was aged seven. She had been married to her
husband Pat for 65 years before he passed away. She had 20
grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
Sympathy
is extended to her sons Noel, P. J. and Seán, daughter
Mary, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren,
extended family, relatives and friends. May she rest in
peace .
