Ballycastle Hall Committee are holding a raffle in aid of the Gymnasium in the Community Hall. Tickets are €2 each or Book of 3 for €5 and are on sale in local businesses and at Bingo in the Community Hall.

Draw will be held on Monday 1st June after Bingo.

Fun Cycle for Bike Week

Dig out a bike, pump tyres, tweak brakes, oil the chain and bring a helmet
Bike Week is an annual opportunity to promote cycling, and show how cycling can easily be part of everyday life by encouraging ‘everyday cycling for everyone'.

This year Baile an Chaisil cycling club will be staging an event on the 13th June from Ballycastle Hall at 10:30a.m. This Event is free and we encourage young and old to join us on the day. Refreshments after in Ballycastle Hall. Distance will be less than 10km so come and join us.

Coastal Challenge

Ballycastle 10k and 6k Road Race, Walk and Fun Run on Saturday 27th June at 2.00p.m. Chip timing. Cash prizes, Medals for competing and cash prizes for winners. Enter now. Adults entry fee - €15;

Under-18's - €5; Family - €20.

 

Giro de Baile


The Giro de Baile takes place on Sunday 2nd August from Ballycastle Village . Hosted by Baile and Chaisil Cycling Club, the Giro follows a wonderfully scenic course from Ballycastle Village right along the North Mayo Coast on the Wild Atlantic way cycling right into the heart of Erris. Glancing around you will see the rugged coastline of North Mayo with Céide, Downpatrick Head and the Staggs of Broadhaven in the Distance.
