G.A.A.

Ballycastle GAA Club are happy to announce that our weekly 50/50 Draw will resume on

Sunday 5th June.

Tickets can still be purchased in McNamees XL, Siopa Suifinn and the Post office - €2 each or three envelopes for €5. All envelopes purchased since our last draw on March 8 th , along with subscriptions for annual 50/50 and Chairde, will be included in the draw. It is also possible and convenient to play 50/50 by following this link lottoraiser.ie/Ballycastle

The draw for Roar for Ruairi which was suspended because of Covid-19 will take place over the next few days.

The draws will be streamed live via Facebook. We hope that all of our friends and supporters are keeping safe at this difficult time.

Roar for Ruairi

4k for Ruairi (Roar for Ruairi) encourages people to use their daily exercise to run, walk, swim or cycle 4km, donate €10 or whatever you can afford.

The Roar for Ruairi campaign which was launched back in February stalled during the covid 19 pandemic and so did their fundraising activities, so we are hopeful as many as possible will participate.

Ruairi's Dad, Martin McDonnell, comes from Ballycastle.

We are encouraging as many people to take part at 11am on Saturday 23rd May.

All you have to do to take part is screenshot your donation on the Go Fund Me page along with a picture of when you finish and we'll publish them on our social media platforms

The Go Fund Me link is: https://ie.gofundme.com/f/roar-for-ruairi

Weekly Church Envelopes

From now on there will be 3 ways for parishioners to return their weekly collection envelopes – you can drop the envelope into the parish house, in a post box in the Church or pay on-line at www.killaladiocese.org . If you opt to pay on-line, Fr. Conlon will get a statement at the end of each month with names of parishioners that have signed up and amount that has been contributed. This money will then be transferred to Ballycastle/Belderrig Church accounts. If you have any questions on this, please ring the parish house Tuesday – Friday from 1pm – 3pm.

St. Bridget's Church is open daily for anyone who wishes to visit for quiet prayer.
