Mass for deceased members of Ballycastle GAA Club on Saturday 24th March at 12.00noon in St. Brigid's Church, Ballycastle.

 

G.A.A. Dinner Dance

Ballycastle GAA Club annual Dinner Dance will be held on Saturday 24th March in Ballycastle Community Hall at 8.30p.m.sharp. Music by Mick Travis. Tickets €25 on sale from committee members or in local businesses.

 

St. Patrick's Day Parade

Thank you to all who organised, took part in, or helped in any way with the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Ballycastle. This year's Parade was bigger and better than ever. The crowd were entertained, before the Parade, with music and song from the Jackson family with Maura Hopkins and Miriam Walsh. Refreshments were served afterwards in the Community Hall.

Prizewinning floats were:

Most entertaining : ‘Taxing our income not our outgoing' (Seán O'Grady and John Walsh)

Best presented Float : ‘Craggy Island' (Mary's Tea Room)

Most unusual : ‘Spiderman' (Vincent Healy, Seaview)
