Coast Vintage Society
West
Coast Vintage Society are having their 6th Annual Field Day
on Sunday, May 26th in Ballycastle. This year we are having
an Auto Jumble and car boot sale theme. The club will welcome
car boot sellers on the day for a small fee. Other attractions
include Threshing, static vintage display and children's entertainment
etc.

year the group have brought the Exhibition forward from the
August weekend to June Bank Holiday weekend as a contribution
to the ‘Gathering ‘13'.
The
ladies this year have concentrated on the tranquil landscape
around our scenic village, the wild coastline and dramatic
skies. The mediums are acrylic, oil and watercolours. The

‘The
Shambles' Project
Ballycastle/Belderrig
Development Company committee would like to inform the community
of the ongoing work taking place in the ‘Shambles'. The project
is intended to be an enhanced garden that will provide seating,
picnic and barbecue area and potentially a venue for music
and dance for the community and visitors to the area.
The
project is being developed by the Ballycastle Tidy Towns Committee
with financial support from Ballycastle/Belderrig Development
Company Ltd. and also supported by Mayo County Council, Rural
Social Scheme and Tús Scheme.
