G.A.A. Dinner Dance

Ballycastle G.A.A. held their Annual Dinner Dance on Saturday 30th January '10 . For the first time in the history of the Club it was held in Ballycastle Community Hall. This proved a huge success as in these recessionary times, it was attended by a large number of people showing the heart of local football is alive and kicking in Ballycastle.

Food and Bar Facilities were provided by Belderrig Bay Hotel.

Guest Speaker on the night was Seamus Caulfield.

Awards on the night were given to:

Seamus McDonnell – Hall of Fame

Aidan Tighe – Clubman of the Year

Declan Caulfield – Junior Player of the Year

Padraic Collins – U-21 Player of the Year.


The Club also made a presentation to Tony D'Arcy on his retirement from an Garda Siochána.

 

A great night was had by all and we look forward to an exciting year ahead.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all who supported or helped make our night a huge success.
