Christmas Fair

Christmas Fair in Ballycastle Community Hall on Saturday 28th November from 12.00noon – 6.00p.m. and Sunday 29th November from 10.00a.m. – 4.00p.m. with a variety of Crafts, Home Baking, Christmas flowers, cards, decorations and stocking fillers and lots more. Admission free and all welcome.

Tables cost €15 for one day or €25 for 2 days. Contact 086 3787551 or 086 8492070.

Raffle for Hamper and other prizes will take place on Sunday 29 th . Tickets at €2 per line now on sale in local businesses and will also be on sale during the Fair. Also, guess the weight of the Christmas cake correctly and win it!!

Reposing at Lynn 's Funeral Home, Killala on Thursday evening from 5.30 with removal at 7.30 to Lacken Church arriving at 8 o'clock. Mass on Friday at 12noon with the funeral proceeding to Lacken Hill Cemetery .

Cycling Club

Baile an Chaisil Cycling Club AGM will take place on Sunday 13th December at 7.00p.m. in the Wolfdog Tavern, Killala. It's a chance for members and new members to voice opinions, suggest developments to the club and vote for the 2015 committee and proposals. Kiddies Korner Superdraw

The 1st draw in Kiddies Korner Superdraw will take place on Friday 4th December at 12.00noon in the Playschool. A total of €7,000 in prizes – 5 x €1,000 and 4 x €500 - will be won by some of our lucky lotto members on the day. Light refreshments will be served as well as other surprises. All welcome.

 

Fundraiser for Peter

The lives of the Sweeney family from Ballyglass, Ballycastle were thrown into chaos in the last few months. A fundraising initiative is now set to get underway to help defray costs and we hope to hold a Fundraiser in Katie Macs, Ballycastle on Saturday 28th November. We hope to have an evening of the very best in Irish traditional music, featuring the very best of North Mayo Talent.

Supported by Ballycastle Cycling Club, Ballycastle Athletics Club and Ballycastle GAA Club.

Everything from craft butchers to yummy bakers, beauty/hair to craft makers, local suppliers with all their flare, all you will need for this festive year and a few surprises. It promises to be a fantastic night so get in the Christmas spirit on December 1st.
