Deaths

Sympathy is extended to the family, relatives and friends of Al McLean, late of Lisbrin, who has died in America.

Sympathy is also extended to the family, relatives and friends of Michael Walsh, Ardagh ( late of Keenagh, Crossmolina ) who died on Sunday 24th .   He was licencee of The Broken Jug Bar & Restaurant, Ballina and former proprietor of the Dolphin Hotel, Crossmolina.

The death occurred yesterday (Tuesday) of Martin Sheerin, Belderrig and late of Carratigue.   Sympathy is extended to his daughter Siobhan (McCann, Belderrig), his sister Anne Greene, Main Street, his brothers, relatives and friends.  

‘The Shambles' Project

A Feasibility Study, on the ‘Shambles' site in Ballycastle, has been completed by Moy Valley Resources.   Copies of the proposed development are available to read locally in the Library and in the Resource Centre.    Summary of the Feasibility Study is also available under ‘Tourist Information' on this website.
