Christmas Fair

Annual Christmas Fair will take place in Ballycastle Community Hall on Saturday 28th November from 12.00a.m. – 6.00p.m. and Sunday 29th November from 10.00a.m. – 4.00p.m. Tables cost €15 for one day or €25 for 2 days.  Contact 086 3787551 or 086 8492070.


The death has occurred of Paddy Healy, Moyney, Ballycastle.  Reposing at his residence with removal on Thursday at 6.30p.m. to St. Bridget's Church, Ballycastle, arriving at 7.00p.m.  Mass on Friday at 12.00noon followed by burial in Ballycastle cemetery.

The death occurred on Saturday 24th October of Kitty O'Boyle, Main Street , and late of the Post Office, Ballycastle. Sympathy is extended to her nephew Seán Callaghan, Ballycastle, her nieces Geraldine Collins, Ballina, Patricia Barrett, Knockroe, Killala, and Rita O'Boyle, Manchester , extended family, relatives and friends.



Card Game:

Ballycastle GAA's 25 Card Game will take place on Friday Night 30th October in Ballycastle Community Hall at 8:30pm with €1700 in prizes and numerous spot prizes on the night. A good night's fun is guaranteed. Your support would be appreciated.

Winner of this week's GAA 50/50 Draw was Denise McGoldrick, Tubbercurry who won €373.

Golf Society

Fashion Show, in aid of Kiddies Korner, on Friday 6th November in Ballycastle Hall.

Doors open at 7.30p.m. Show at 8.00p.m. Admission: Adult €10, Child €3. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Community Alert

Ballycastle Community Alert are setting up a text alert system in Ballycastle and surrounding areas. A text alert system would enable people in the community to be informed of any suspicious activity taking place in their area. A once-off registration fee of €20, to fund signage and texts, will apply.
