Crossborder Orchestra of Ireland

The 4th, 5th & 6th class pupils in Scoil Naomh Bríd, Ballycastle, will sing in the Royal Theatre, Castlebar on Sunday 13th February 2011 at 3.00p.m. as part of Crossborder Orchestra of Ireland . The pupils will sing with a number of other schools from all over Ireland and will be accompanied by 140-piece orchestra. All are welcome to purchase tickets to this musical performance which will go on sale in the Royal Theatre on 1st October.

A large number attended the Community Alert meeting on Tuesday last in the Community Hall. Inspector Joe Doherty, Ballina and Garda Brian McGuire attended. The following officers were elected:
