Congratulations to the Mayo team on winning the All-Ireland Semi-Final against Dublin in what has been described as one of the best games of football witnessed in Croke Park for a long time.  

Final score was:   Mayo:   1 – 16;   Dublin:   2 – 12.

Best wishes to Mayo in the All-Ireland Final against Kerry on Sunday 17th September.

There will be an open day in Céide Fields (Admission free) on Sunday next 3rd September as part of Heritage Week.

Gerry Murphy has organised a fund-raising Race Night in aid of Malawi appeal for this Friday (1st September) in Healy's at 9.30p.m.  

 

Art Exhibition

Ballycastle Women's Art Group Exhibition 2006 ‘TONNTA' (waves). in the Resource Centre Gallery, Main Street, Ballycastle remains open Monday – Friday 10.00a.m. – 5.00p.m. until September 30th .   Craft Shop also open during those hours with Internet, Fax and Photocopying services available.
