Congratulations to Ballycastle Junior team on winning Comórtas Peile na Gaeltachta Mhaigh Eo Junior Final on Sunday 1st March.

Final score was:  Baile an Chaisil: 0 – 13; Cill Chomain: 1 – 3.   This is Ballycastle's first time to win the Gaeltacht tournament.

Ballycastle defeated Achill in the semi-final on Saturday with the final score

Ballycastle: 0 – 11; Achill : 0 – 8.

Concert

James Kilbane presents his Country, Irish and Gospel Concert in Ballycastle Community Hall on Sunday 22nd March at 8.00p.m. Local Artists also taking part. Tickets are for sale in local businesses, Hotshot records, Ballina and in some businesses in Killala, Moygownagh, Lacken, Crossmolina and Belmullet. (Grand Draw for Car and other prizes will take place on the night).

West Coast Vintage Society meeting on Tuesday 10th March at 9.00pm . in the Resource Centre. The Society's first Dinner Dance on Saturday 28th February was a great success. Many thanks to all who supported and to all who sponsored Raffle prizes and Spot prizes.
