All Ireland Tickets

Ballycastle GAA will be raffling 4 All Ireland Final Tickets, in Katie Macs Bar on Saturday night 14th September. Tickets are now on sale from all shops and bars in Ballycastle. Tickets are €5 per line. The club must raise money for the Mayo team in order to increase the allocation of tickets the club receive.

Irish Dancing Class

Scoil Rince Ui Mhurchu is very pleased to welcome you back to our fun Irish dancing classes. They take part every Monday and Thursday evening in St John's Hall, Main Street , Ballycastle. Beginners and new members class from 5pm-6pm with advanced class from 6pm-7pm.
This year our dancing class ran its first fun dance camp.  It was a week of Irish dance, games, hip hop and dance drama. It was a great success and was enjoyed by every one. Looking forward to up coming events and Christmas Show.

Irish Music & Dance

Neasa Timlin, School of Irish Music and Irish Dance will commence classes in the Community Hall on Tuesday 10th September. Irish Dance from 3.30 – 4.30p.m and Music at 4.30p.m. A fun way of learning to dance/play an instrument, getting exercise and meeting new friends.

 

Art Exhibition

Art Exhibition by Crossmolina born Niamh O'Malley will be on view in the Ballinglen Art Gallery from

2nd – 9th September 10.00a.m. – 4.00p.m.

 

Christmas Fair

Annual Christmas Craft Fair will be held in the Resource Centre, Ballycastle on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th November '13. More details later.

Bingo in Ballycastle Community Hall on Monday nights at 8.30p.m .

 

Craft Shop

Craft Shop is located in the Resource Centre, Upper Main Street stocking goods by local craftworkers e.g. knitwear, crochet, handmade cards, wooden bowls, cushions, cot quilts, etc.

Ballycastle souvenir items e.g. candles, fridge magnets, keyrings, biros, teabag holders, St. Brigid's crosses and more. Also, Paintings by local artists, Mayo Crystal and a range of other items.

The new outdoor fitness gym in Suífinn Way Estate is open to anybody over the age of 50. The equipment is clearly marked with instructions on how to use each individual piece.
