Cancer Awareness

As October is International Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Pauline O'Connor from the Marie Keating Foundation, will give a talk on breast cancer awareness and the importance of early detection, on Thursday 20 th October at 7.30p.m. in the Resource Centre, Ballycastle. This talk is given free of charge and all women are welcome to attend.

 

VEC Night Classes

St. Patrick's College, Lacken Cross: Enrolment on Thurs 6th October from 7.00p.m. – 9.00p.m. or phone 096-34177 for night classes in Photography, Internet Computer Course, Yoga, Art and Cookery.

Yoga

An 8-week course in Yoga, for ongoing and beginners, will commence on Wednesday 12th October from 8.00p.m. – 9.30p.m. in the Resource Centre, Ballycastle. Fee: €80 payable at the beginning of course. Enquiries to Ishtar on 096-34901.

 

Card Game

Ballycastle G.A.A. Annual Card Game will take place on Wednesday 9th November at 8.30p.m. in Ballycastle Hall.

 

Craft Fair

Annual Christmas Craft Fair will take place in Ballycastle Resource Centre on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th November. More details later.

 

Ballycastle Golf Society

Next outing is on Oct 29th at Ballina Golf Club with First Tee off at 10.30 a.m.

Art Group class commenced Monday 3rd October at 7.00p.m. in the resource Centre.

Artworks are constantly on display in the Art Gallery upstairs in the Resource Centre, so please drop in to the Gallery when visiting Ballycastle.
