Death

Sympathy is extended to the family, relatives and friends of Anne Marie Irwin, Ballina and Glenamoy who died last week (sister of Sarah Doherty, Carrowcubic).

May her soul rest in peace.

 

Ballycastle Cycling Club

Ballycastle Cycling Club will hold its first ever meeting on Tuesday 14th January at 8:30p.m. in the Resource Centre with the aim of establishing a new cycling club for North Mayo.

If you are interested in getting fit, seeing our beautiful countryside and making some new friends then come along.

Exhibition

“A Drawing for Everything” an exhibition of paintings and drawings by Nuala Clarke will continue until January 31st 2014 in the Ballinglen Arts Foundation, Main Street , Ballycastle.

 

Craft Shop

Craft Shop is located in the Resource Centre, Upper Main Street stocking goods by local craftworkers e.g. knitwear, crochet, handmade cards, wooden bowls, cushions, cot quilts, etc.

Ballycastle souvenir items e.g. candles, fridge magnets, keyrings, biros, teabag holders, St. Brigid's crosses and more.

Also, Paintings by local artists, Mayo Crystal and a range of other items.

Tourist Information, Photocopying, Laminating, Typing.

Library is located in the VEC Building (former Secondary School) and is open on Wednesdays from 9.30a.m. – 4.00p.m.
