This committee formed in 1990 and organise a general clean up of the graveyard each summer. In 1992 a Cross was erected opposite the main gate. They have also put in new cement paths between rows of graves and got the main paths tarmacademed. The outside walls have also been plastered. They organise a Mass in August and Rosary in November in Ballycastle and Kilbride graveyards. They also organise Mass on Downpatrick Head on Garland Sunday (the last Sunday in July). A permanent altar has been put in place with a hut around it for the Mass and Rosary each year. The altar was donated by Ginty Stone, Ballina. They hold an annual church gate collection for the upkeep of the graveyard. Any donations will be gratefully accepted.
